What is your pricing?

Whetrock Consulting, LLC takes a flexible, client-centered approach to pricing. We begin by asking each client about their available budget and desired level of investment. From there, we work collaboratively to develop an hourly rate and scope of work that is manageable for the client while ensuring we can provide meaningful support and value.

How does Whetrock Consulting, LLC approach project management?

Whetrock Consulting, LLC takes a collaborative, organized, and solutions-focused approach to project management. We begin by clearly defining the project goals, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Throughout the project, we maintain consistent communication, track progress and deadlines, identify potential challenges early, and adjust strategies as needed.

Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible while keeping clients informed and engaged. Do you accept Insurance?

Yes. Mental health insurance provides coverage for various mental health services and works similarly to general health insurance. Coverage specifics, such as the types of services included and the extent of coverage, can vary depending on the insurance plan.

What insurance providers do you accept?

In-network with Headway

Aetna, Anthem EAP - Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, and Quest Behavioral Health (We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid)

I don’t have mental health insurance coverage; do you accept self-pay clients?

Self-Pay Price - $150 per Session

Can I make a payment via CashApp?

We do not accept CashApp but we accept. All Major Credit Cards and Zelle. (Payments are primarily handled through Headway.)

Where is your office located?

At this time, Whetstone does not offer in-person visits. However, we are pleased to offer telehealth therapy using HIPAA-compliant software Doxy and Google Meets.

Due to licensure regulations, you must be in the state of Texas, Florida, New Mexico, or Vermont.

How long should I expect to be in counseling? How long does this process take?

The length and frequency of your healing journey will depend on you and your particular circumstances, including needs, client and counselor’s availability, and finances.

Does anyone on your staff provide psychological testing or prescribe medication?

Our staff does not prescribe medication. However, we can provide a referral to a psychiatric prescriber.

How does confidentiality work?

Our staff will take the utmost care to protect your privacy and confidentiality as therapy involves sharing sensitive and personal information. In recognition of this, ethical guidelines, as well as state and federal laws, all interactions with our clients remain confidential. The only three exceptions to confidentiality are:

· Release of Information request from a client asking for their records be shared with a specific individual.

· A client poses a clear and imminent danger to themselves or others.

· When a client discloses that physical or sexual abuse has occurred to a minor or an elderly person.

Besides individual adults, do you provide service to groups, families, couples, or children?

Currently, we only work with individual adults, age 18-64. However, we can referrals.

How do I handle an emergency?

For non-emergencies I am always available via Headway. For medical emergencies, injuries, suicidal fixation, or other at-risk behavior call 911 or proceed to your nearest hospital emergency room.
